We provide private ground transportation between Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport and destinations across the Miami area as part of the TwelveTransfers network. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a transfer, we collect the information needed to perform the service: your name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, flight number and airline (if provided), passenger and luggage counts, and any special instructions such as child seat requirements.

Payment card details are processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, over an encrypted connection. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We also collect limited technical data common to most websites, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide quotes, confirm and operate your booking, track your inbound flight so your pickup adjusts to the actual arrival time, communicate with you about your ride, process payments and refunds, and comply with legal obligations applicable to transportation providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties needed to deliver the service: the chauffeur assigned to your ride, our payment processor, our flight-data provider (flight number only), and service providers that host our systems.

Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to operate the service, handle refunds and disputes, and meet accounting and legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Contact below); we will honor the request except where retention is legally required.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to function, such as remembering your display preference. Third-party services loaded for booking functionality (Google Maps autocomplete, Stripe) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. Child passenger details (such as ages for car seats) are provided by the booking adult.
